Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Be the driving force behind our E&I maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety and reliability.
• Instrument PMs : Oversee crucial instrument Preventive Maintenance tasks and manage them efficiently through our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• SIS Testing : Coordinate Safety Instrumented System (SIS) testing, ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations.
• Environmental Analyzers : Maintain and monitor environmental analyzers to meet compliance requirements.
• MOC and Corrective Actions : Manage Management of Change (MOC) processes and Corrective Actions, ensuring adherence to maintenance schedules.
• Reliability Program : Offer guidance on our corporate reliability program and oversee E&I work during plant outages.
• Procurement and Contractor Management : Collaborate on procurement contracts and effectively manage contractor workforces.
• Cost Control : Maintain a keen focus on cost control and budget adherence.

Requirements

Experience :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience : A minimum of 7 years in Electrical and Instrumentation Equipment Maintenance in PSM-regulated chemical plants.
• Management : Over 3 years of proven management experience, including budget management, program oversight, and leading direct reporting staff.
• Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with industrial electrical codes, Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP), and Process Safety Management (PSM) principles.
• SIS Expertise : Knowledge of Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS).
• Work Eligibility : Must be eligible to work in the specified location without the need for sponsorship.
